We have the blessing of having Ruthie Kim, an executive leadership coach and founder of the non-profit organization Because Justice Matters, lead us in a workshop on Unlocking our Leadership Voice. 

This workshop is designed to encourage and equip women to step confidently into the voice God has given them. As women, we are called not to shrink back, stay silent, or doubt our worth, but to faithfully use our voices to lead, encourage, advocate, disciple, and reflect Christ in every space He has placed us.

Together, we’ll explore what scripture says about the power and purpose of our voice, identify common obstacles and limiting beliefs that often hold women back, and begin building a healthier, God-centered understanding of leadership and influence.
