Paul S.
Cantonese Assistant Pastor
Born in Macau in 1965, Paul came to Christ at a young age and immigrated to the U.S. at 11. After years of struggle, he recommitted his life to Christ in 1992 and was baptized on Christmas Day. God later called him into ministry, leading him to earn a Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary in 2021. Paul has served in children, youth, family, and recovery ministries, with a heart to help people find healing and hope in Christ. He is married to Gloria, a licensed clinical social worker. They have two sons: Caleb, who holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is married, and Ethan, who recently completed a master’s degree in Natural Language Processing and is engaged to be married this year. In his free time, Paul enjoys hiking, cycling, and cooking.
